cciss-vol-status software package provides HP SmartArray RAID Volume Status Checker, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cciss-vol-status
cciss-vol-status is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cciss-vol-status package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cciss-vol-status *
You will get with cciss-vol-status package name, version, architecture and description in a table
